Power of Colour interest collection notice
This notice covers the first expression-of-interest step. It does not cover a later entry, assessment, booking or publication process.
What is collected
The awards or showcase items you select, your name and email address, and any optional phone number, organisation name or note you provide.
Why it is collected
To record your interest, explain the next step and allow the Power of Colour team to contact you about Power of Colour. Registering does not give permission to publish your information.
Private by default
The information is a restricted operational record. Registering interest does not publish your name, contact details, selections or note.
Who can access it
Access is limited to Eden of the East Foundation personnel working on Power of Colour. Notifications are sent only to [email protected].
Storage and email
The website stores one private record and queues a notification to [email protected]. The notification includes your reference, selected items, contact details, optional note and submission time. Delivery status is recorded so a mail problem does not silently lose your interest.
People under 18
If the person registering is under 18, provide a parent or guardian's contact details. Please do not provide a young person's direct contact details.
Access, correction and withdrawal
Email [email protected] to ask for access, correction or withdrawal. Include your registration reference if you have it.
Retention
We keep an expression of interest for up to 12 months from submission, unless it becomes part of continuing correspondence with you. Backup copies may remain until the normal verified backup cycle expires; they are not restored for ordinary use.
