Fat Cat Coffee Roasters brings serious coffee craft to Newborough, roasting small-batch specialty coffee in the heart of Gippsland with a focus on freshness, flavour and approachability.
Since 2021, the team has grown from its café roots at Danbo's Coffee in Newborough and Traralgon into a dedicated roasting business, now based at 33a Boolarra Avenue, where coffee is roasted, packed and sent across Australia.
Their range moves from everyday blends through to single origins, micro lots, decaf, drip bags and cold brew concentrate, giving café owners, home brewers and curious coffee drinkers a clear path into better coffee. Signature blends such as Prime bring familiar comfort through notes of dark chocolate, almond and caramel, while releases such as Boolarra Ave celebrate the roastery's own home ground with a more adventurous profile of orange jam, maple syrup and blackcurrant.
