Geek Speak is a public talk series hosted by Latrobe Regional Gallery, inviting artists to speak candidly about their practice and process. Preston McNeil brings a lifelong relationship with arcade gaming to this session, reflecting on how that passion shaped one of his most ambitious projects to date.

Visitors will hear McNeil trace the design evolution of Arca Arcade: Round One, exploring the creative methodologies, technical experimentation, and nostalgic touchpoints that brought the exhibition to life. He will also offer practical insight into DIY arcade building, making this talk as hands-on in spirit as it is reflective.
