This session provides legal education, not legal advice. The goal is an informed business owner who knows what questions to ask, what material to prepare, and when qualified legal review is required.

• A draft service agreement or contract clause for qualified review
• A working understanding of employee and contractor classification issues
• A privacy-policy framework suited to your business and data handling
