AI for Business - Legal Exposure

About

The Commercial Lawyer Who Makes Sure Nobody — Government, Council, or Anyone Else — Can Catch You Off Guard

Many small business owners are legally exposed in ways they do not know about because contracts, employment arrangements, intellectual property, privacy obligations, and business structures are difficult to assess without specialist support. This session provides legal education, not legal advice. The goal is an informed business owner who knows what questions to ask, what material to prepare, and when qualified legal review is required.

What participants will work towards: • A legal gap audit identifying three areas for further review • A draft service agreement or contract clause for qualified review • A working understanding of employee and contractor classification issues • A privacy-policy framework suited to your business and data handling

This EI Guild AI for Business session is scheduled from 6:30 pm to 8 pm at the Sir John Monash Museum, 30 Yallourn Drive, Yallourn. EI Guild members attend free; non-members pay $25 per session, or annual membership is available for $95. Visit eden-of-the-east.com for programme information and membership details.
