Gippsland Water Community Info Session

About

Your water bills and your household budget matter — and Gippsland Water is coming to the community to make sure you have the support you need. This free drop-in session at the local Neighbourhood House puts friendly, knowledgeable team members right in your neighbourhood.

Gippsland Water is hosting this community information session as part of its customer care outreach, bringing staff directly to residents rather than asking people to navigate phone lines or online portals. The event is free and open to everyone — no appointment required.

Visitors can learn about what Gippsland Water does as a regional utility, pick up practical tips on how to reduce water use and lower bills at home, and get hands-on help with their actual bills on the spot. Staff will also be available to answer any questions you have about your account or services.

Events like this strengthen the connection between utility providers and the Latrobe City community, offering direct, face-to-face support that is especially valuable for residents experiencing financial pressure or those who simply want to better understand their water usage.

The session runs from 11am to 1pm on Wednesday 2 September at the Neighbourhood House. Everyone is welcome — simply drop in during the session. No registration is needed.
