Pick up a pyrography pen and watch your chosen design come to life through the ancient art of wood burning. This hands-on workshop at WIRILDA in Yallourn North promises a creative, guided experience suitable for all abilities.
Attendees will spend a relaxed four-hour session learning pyrography from scratch, with step-by-step instruction provided throughout. All materials are included, and participants get to choose their own design before setting to work on their own wooden board, which they take home at the end of the day.
Expect a welcoming, fully guided atmosphere where beginners and those with some experience alike can explore intricate patterns — from florals and wildlife to bold graphic imagery — burned directly into natural wood. A light lunch is also provided to keep energy up through the creative session.
