About
A warm table is waiting for you at the Traralgon Golf Club, where Carers Victoria is bringing unpaid carers together for a well-deserved afternoon of food, conversation, and connection.
Carers Victoria's Mingle in Traralgon is part of the Revive and Thrive program, a free initiative designed to give unpaid carers — those who support family members or friends living with disability, illness, mental health challenges, or age-related needs — a proper chance to step back, breathe, and be among people who understand their experience.
Guests will enjoy a delicious two-course lunch in a welcoming and supportive environment. The event will also feature carer, author, speaker, and journal coach Sarah Rosse, who will join attendees for a Q&A session exploring themes of wellbeing and resilience relevant to the caring role.
For Latrobe City's community of unpaid carers, events like this provide something rarely available: peer connection, professional insight, and genuine respite, all without cost. Onsite parking is available at the venue, making attendance straightforward for those travelling from Traralgon and surrounding areas.
The event is free but places are limited — registrations close 14 August 2026. Book your spot via the Eventbrite link at https://carersvictoriaEV1452.eventbrite.com.au, by emailing [email protected], or by calling 1800 514 845.
