The spookiest night on the Kids Day Out calendar arrives just before Halloween, as the Morwell Hotel throws open its doors to little monsters, witches, vampires, and everything in between. This Halloween-themed session is the October highlight of the hotel's 2026 Kids Day Out series, giving Latrobe City families a safe, fun, and festive way to celebrate the season. Children in their scariest or most creative costumes compete for the best-dressed prize, while face painting adds the finishing touch to any Halloween look — and free kids meals keep every little goblin fuelled for the festivities. A colouring competition and arts and crafts tables round out the activities, making for a full and memorable evening.
