Hundreds of motorcyclists roll out of Traralgon carrying gifts and goodwill in one of the Latrobe Valley's most beloved Christmas traditions. The roar of engines and the spirit of giving combine for a spectacular community send-off.
Now in its 27th year, the Gippsland Motorcyclists Christmas Toy Run departs from Nefertiti Court in Traralgon at 11:00am on Saturday 5 December 2026. The ride heads towards Glengarry before concluding at the Erica township, drawing riders and spectators from across the region. The event is proudly sponsored by Gippsland Printers.
Participants are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy to donate to the Salvation Army and St Vincent de Paul Society, which will distribute gifts to local families in need. For those who cannot join the ride, prior toy collection is available by contacting Alf or Stella directly. Every donation makes a real difference to children and families across the Latrobe Valley this Christmas.
The Toy Run is more than a motorcycle event — it is a tangible act of community generosity that has grown stronger with each passing year.
