Conquering Breast Cancer is a social impact documentary and the third film in the Conquering Cancer series. Directed with purpose, the film weaves together survivor stories — including Olympian Raelene Boyle AM MBE and podcaster Dr Charlotte Tottman — with insights from leading Australian researchers and clinicians including Prof Bruce Mann and Prof Kelly-Anne Phillips. The screening at Village Cinemas Morwell has been organised to bring this national conversation to the Latrobe Valley.
Audiences will watch the 90-minute film and then stay for a 20-minute Q&A discussion led by local health professionals, making the evening roughly two hours in total.
