The experience

This is a place where practical help and human connection sit side by side. Morwell Neighbourhood House welcomes people into programs shaped around what the local community says it needs.

The community-owned and community-managed organisation supports people and families experiencing isolation, poverty, disadvantage or distress. It also provides education, skills and volunteering opportunities, with programs spanning food security, social groups, health and wellbeing, sustainability and community support.

You might come for a shared activity, a workshop, help with an everyday need or the chance to contribute as a volunteer. Because the program changes over time, each visit to the current schedule can reveal a different way to learn, connect or take part.

The House's strength is the way it brings support, participation and local ideas into one welcoming setting. Explore its latest program and services on the official website, or contact the team to discuss what is available.
